Understanding Your Employee’s Health And Wellness
We use health and wellness assessments for employees as an additional tool for both the employer and employee surrounding the health of the individual. They can serve as a useful indicator of the overall health and wellbeing of each staff member and as a signpost to return to in the future to gauge the impact your health and wellness program has had on the individual. Employee health assessments give a clear picture of potential health risks and behavioural factors that impact health and wellbeing.
Employee health assessments can be utilised on their own or integrated into our comprehensive corporate health programs and are presented to each staff member as a way to gain insight and learn more about their bodies response to diet, lifestyle, stress and other factors.
